About the Workout
The M.I.L.F. Workout. Mothers into Living Fit incorporates strength training, cardiovascular training, dance and Yoga. The best part about the workout is that it is all done with your baby. No need for a babysitter, personal trainer or expensive equipment. The workout is a 45 minute dynamic, fun, effective way to get back in shape after childbirth. Special emphasis is placed on core training and functional training for lifting our little ones. Best of all the babies have a great time moving and dancing with mommy!
